Welcome!

This is the Internet home of the Heart of Carolina Chorus, a men's a cappella ensemble who is dedicated to preserving the 20th century forms of American harmonies while exploring new approaches and expanding our musical horizons.
 
We're a progressive Barbershop Harmony chorus with a repertoire that spans Tin Pan Alley to Broadway, the Big Band era to Josh Groban, the Beatles to Michael Buble, most with uniquely original arrangements. (Even a bit of classical!) Always performed without instruments!
 
We're committed to musical excellence, creating new, exciting and enjoyable experiences for our listeners, while we enjoy fellowship and camaraderie. We rehearse weekly in Durham, NC and visitors are always welcome.
